All vendors must have a local vendors license. If you are interested in vending and your business is out of state you must have a vendors license or permit from your local city to provide to the City/County.

During the hours for which VICTORY PROMOTIONS LLC or GMELive LLC holds the permit for each of its concert events, VICTORY PROMOTIONS LLC or GMELive LLC has jurisdiction over vendors and third-parties establishing themselves in the park. Vendors and third-parties will not be allowed to establish themselves without a contribution to support the event. We have the right to deny access to vendors or personnel. if we deny this application we will refund you in full.
